Rally 2009 at Golden Valley Palms has concluded.  220 rigs and approximately 795 individuals were present this year. This count does not include daily walkons and those individuals staying at hotels and not letting Rally officials know they were there. As always, you have all done your best for the kids.  The Rally will be presenting a donation of $25,000.00 at the Exalted Ruler march at the State Convention in San Dirgo in May 2010. Events/Food Sponsor Application Form: Any Lodges or RV groups that wish to sponsor an event or have a food booth are kindly requested to submit an application form to the Events/Food Chairman.  This will enable us to know who is doing what and where and to eliminate a duplication of efforts.  Your cooperation with this request will be greatly appreciated and in advance, the chairman thanks you..  The dual purpose form can be used to apply to sponsor either a fund raising "Event" or "Food Concession".  A seperate application is necessary for each "Event" or "Food Concession" you plan on sponsering.  Note: Tables and/or chairs will NOT be available for rent.  The "Events/Food Application Form" can be accessed by clicking here

2010 REGISTRATION FORMS:  The 2010 Registration Form will be posted after all details for the 42nd annual rally have been finalized.
Note: The daily rate for those wishing to come early and/or stay after the Rally has been set at $29.00. This rate is valid for the three days prior to, and the two days following the Rally.

Golf Tournament:   The Huntington Beach Elks "Sons of the Beaches" are sponsoring a Golf Tournament at the Rally on Friday, September 24th starting at 8:30 AM.  The tournment will be held off site at Golden Era Golf Course.  The course is 9 miles from Golden Village Palms.  Since the course is not on the property, transportation is required to and from the course.  To veiw complete rules and information on this event and, if desired, to down load a registration form, click here.
